Step 1 Registration
Student completes registration form .
Step 2 Initial Counseling Session
Counselor understands student goals, academic background, budget, timeline, and country interests.
Step 3 Profile Assessment
Counselor evaluates academic strength, financial readiness, English proficiency, and realistic options.
Step 4 University Shortlisting
Counselor helps student select suitable universities. Maximum of 3 applications at one time.
Step 5 Document Preparation
Students prepare academic documents, passport, bank statements, English proficiency tests, essays, and recommendations.
Step 6 Application Submission
Counselor reviews and submits applications.
Step 7 Offer & Decision Support
Students compare offers, costs, scholarships, and pathways.
Step 8 Enrollment & Next Steps
Support may include visa guidance, enrollment preparation, and pre
departure support.
